Here are some great elk and mule deer taken in early season’s out west. There are some huge trophies here.  Way to go guys! Unfortunately I don’t have all the info on all of their hunts but wanted to share the pictures anyway, they’re definitely worth it! Congrats to all these hunters on taking some great critters!

Jeff Knapp from Washington with his giant Idaho 6×6 bull elk that grossed 392″.

Monster double drop tine muley taken with archery equipment by an unknown hunter…not sure what state either. Anybody know more about this giant buck?

David Long from Eastman’s Hunting Journal with a huge 30″ muley taken on opening day of the Colorado archery season.

Here is a group of very successful and happy Utah elk bowhunters! Alan Pringle says “Here is a picture of our 2010 Utah elk hunt. It was a blast! Were in 30 to 40 different bulls every morning and night. Lots of small 5 point and 6 point bulls pushing the cows now.  One week later would have been better.”
