When bowhunter Pat Simpkins saw his uncle mowing the adjoining field next to him he convinced himself that his evening hunt would be unsuccessful. But then as 6:30PM approached the little “crack” he heard behind him turned out to be his trophy of a lifetime and this trophy has the potential to be one of the State’s top typical scoring bucks all-time.
