Steve’s First Buck is a Booner!

Just received this hunting report and picture from a very fortunate new hunter, Steve. He recently shot his first buck with a bow and its a keeper! Congrats Steve on a super trophy!

I just harvested my first deer. I’ve been hunting whitetails for 3 years and finally brought one home. I was bow hunting with a PSE compound on my small farm in Adams County Ohio on Nov 3, 2010. Just 45 minutes into the evening hunt, on my first outing of of the season, this nice buck grunted in to 25 yards after just one short grunt from my MAD call. He has been green scored at 181 7/8 Boone & Crockett gross. Check out those 13 1/2 inch G2’s.
