Game tracker first cut fixed blade 125 grainPlywood: 5 points Total score: 24 blade sharpness rating: C+ This is game trackers fixed 2 blade cut on contact broadhead. Overall it preformed very well. In the plywood it penetrated very good for a two blade head, going all the way through with 12 inches of arrow shaft. In the tire it went all the way through one side, again with 12” of arrow shaft. In the steel drum it darn near got all the way through both sides, Only the last ¼” of the rear blades stayed in. This is as close as any head has got to going through both sides. I found accuracy to be very good and consistent. There was a slight “hissing” sound in flight, but it was very minor. The blade sharpness was disappointing though. The heads would shave a little hair, but I had to really push hard, and not every edge on every head would do it. I don’t think they will be hard to sharpen, but it is something to consider. Now for the bad news, I was shocked to read on the package that these heads are made in china! I liked their performance, and you really can’t beat the price( they just may be the cheapest well made head on the market) but I personally want to buy American made products whenever I can. Based entirely on their performance though they are a very good value. You will have to make up your own mind on whether or not you want to use them based on where they are made. I am going to do some more checking but to my knowledge, every other broadhead manufacturer makes their heads right here in the good old USA. These heads can most closely be compared with the Magnus stingers. Their performance was almost identical, while the game trackers cost about 10 dollars less per three, the Magnus heads have a lifetime guarantee, and are made in the USA. Please note as more test information becomes available, it will be updated and posted. Make sure you check back periodically to see if the head you're curious about shows up on the measuring tape. If you’re interested in donating a head for testing, email ckfitch3@aol.com or visit Huntingforums.com, Bows and Arrows forum and see 5shot. Thank you and enjoy.
