The permit allows hunters access like no other to hunt deer in the Bluegrass State. Imagine getting to hunt any WMA with a rifle or bow! This gives you and extra buck tag as well. You can use your state wide regular tag and this one. I remember a year or two ago, Jack Brittingham bought the permit for his cameraman.
